.......On March 18-20, 2019, Mihaela Staver, principal USARB librarian, was part of a group of 16 librarians from public and university libraries, selected on a contest basis, to IREX Europe training for trainers in Media Education. This knowledge proved to be very useful to the 20 librarians, to whom M. Staver transmitted what he had learned: the structure of the news, the ways of assessing the news, netiquette, the interview, the article, the recognition of propaganda, as a form of manipulation, cyberbullying, online grooming, who are the trolls, what is sexting, online harassment or journalistic ethics, etc. They also simulated various dynamic games and evaluation techniques such as blind hand, role play, cube, Wenn chart, Super Bingo technique, Mirror Game, etc.

In the context of Library Network Support Services: modernising libraries in Armenia, Moldova and Belarus through library staff development and reforming libraries [LNSS]; Modernization of university libraries services in Moldova; Modern Information Services for Improving Quality of Studies, information and analytical skills and critical thinking in relation to media messages, the ability to discern true or false information are absolutely necessary.
