2018, 12 MARCH - EXPERIENCES AND PARTNERSHIPS DURING THE DOCUMENTATION VISIT IN NORTH CAROLINA, USA
...Mihaela...Staver, principal librarian, Center for Informatization and Networking of the USARB, made a documentary visit to university libraries in North Carolina, to the Library of Congress, USA on 31st October - 10th November 2018 as a participant in the Open World Program, together with some colleagues from the libraries of higher education institutions in the Republic of Moldova.
Librarians took note of American history and culture, exchanged professional experiences. Colleagues learned about the impressions and good practices gathered in the US. The Open World Program is an opportunity to extend and consolidate knowledge about modern library technology, their application in professional activity, in this sense created the continuity of the projects implemented in the USARB Scientific Library.
