2017, 29 MARCH - SCIENTIFIC LIBRARY PARTICIPATION AT THE 26TH INTERNATIONAL SYMPOSIUM "BIBLIOLOGIC YEAR 2016"
..The.26th..International Symposium "Bibliologic Year 2016" was held in Chisinau on March 29th, 2017. The Symposium theme was "The National Library of Moldova – the platform professional library community inclusion". It was organized by the Ministry of Culture and National Library of Moldova in partnership with Library Association of Moldova, "Novateca" National Program and Information Society Development Institute. The International Symposium included more than 150 participants. Scientific Library USARB was represented by Elena Harconiţa Director SL USARB and Silvia Ciobanu, Chief Marketing and Editorial Center.
Elena HARCONITA, Director of the Scientific Library of Alecu Russo Balti State University in partnership with Rodica SOBIESKI-CAMERZAN, Director of the Scientific Library of Academy of Public Administration of Moldova presented a paper "Effects of international projects on academic libraries and National Awareness Day for libraries” https://youtu.be/c16CbLw5cHQ?t=12877 at the Conference: National Library system: national and institutional strategies. They noted not only about the impact implemented or the ongoing projects, but mostly they were related the participation in Erasmus+ project and they appealed to Moldovan; library community to celebrate National Awareness Day/ Librarian Day on the 27th of April.
Scientific Library USARB exposed and presented the following posters in the poster and AV materials session : National Library of Moldova and SL USARB: collaboration and partnership; Scientific Library USARB - Library Science Center and two CDs: BIN - Library education in the North: from 2007 to 2017, Scientific-cultural values in online exhibitions. These materials were prepared by Silvia Ciobanu, the designer; Elena Stratan, Mihaela Staver, Tatiana Prian, Antonina Antonov, Gherda Palii - the content; Elena Harconiţa and Aculina Mihaluţa - the editorial coordinators. Library Working Group was mentioned with Bibliologic Year Diploma.
The university librarians Mihaela Staver, Olga Dascal, Snejana Zadainova, Anişoara Nagherneac, Marina Magher published 3 articles about TEMPUS MISISQ Project in Magazin Bibliologic, the national magazine, No.1-2, edition dedicated to the 185th anniversary of the foundation of National Library of Moldova.
Map of participants included valuable works: Alexe Rău. Ontologia scrisului: originea. evoluţia. funcţii; Calendar Naţional 2017, Magazin Bibliologic, nr.1-2, 2017.

Your paper "The effects of international projects on academic libraries and National Awareness Day on libraries” presented at the plenary session of the symposium with international participation, focused, but also raised listeners on results, experiences, innovations, chapter on implementation of the priorities in 2016 in Scientific Library of the Alecu Russo Balti State University and Library of the Academy of Public Administration of Moldova.
